Description of Project & Services

Homes of Hope is the site of three buildings: Botanical Apartments (formerly St Kilda Apartments project), Bundalohn Mansion and Darwalla House.  The project has seen three existing buildings transform into 50 architect-designed, secure and affordable homes. Following the rehousing of the residents in November 2019, the 1950s motel building and the extensions to Bundalohn Mansion were demolished, preparing the site for its redevelopment. In March 2020, we were delighted to welcome Victorian Housing Minister, the Hon. Richard Wynne, and our project partners to launch the start of construction.
