Romy offers 28 years of experience in project management and superintendency roles across a range of diverse sectors and disciplines, including major infrastructure projects, building and construction, interior design and heritage restoration.

Romy excels in translating and building outcome-oriented relationships, prioritising client and stakeholder needs. Her meticulous approach and comprehensive understanding of project dynamics ensure effective project execution, timely delivery, and exceptional results.

Romy's strategic thinking, combined with her strong management capabilities, make her a valuable asset in driving project success.

Senior Project Manager

David is a project manager with three decades of experience gained across a variety of roles in the IT and property development industries. He has most recently worked with a range of organisations to provide program management services in the residential property development and manufacturing industries.

David sees the big picture - and his communication and negotiation skills allow him to look at impacts across the entire environment and determine the best solutions to meet client requirements. He is a natural problem solver with the ability to inspire others and reach the best possible outcome on time, and on budget.

Development Manager

Azfar brings a decade of experience as an accountant in his role as Development Manager, delivering a number of projects for Mahdlo clients. He applies his comprehensive knowledge of finance and accounting to property acquisition and development - taking a multidisciplinary approach to navigate the complexities of development and project management.

He thrives in overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from initial planning to project completion and is a driving force in delivering high-quality and profitable developments.
