LXRP are responsible for capturing value uplift from surplus development sites created following the removal of level crossings across Victoria. These often-complex development sites are then put to the market via an EOI campaign to secure experienced development partners responsible for procuring the necessary planning approvals and development of each site.

Alister performed the role of Transaction Manager and Commercial Advisor for this key value capture project which included:

• Developing and implementing a divestment strategy including open market EOI campaign and process for five (5) separate sites surrounding the Cheltenham and Mentone train stations

• Facilitating the evaluation and shortlisting of potential proponents to participate in a subsequent, more rigorous and exclusive RFP process.

• Managing the day-to-day activities and processes to facilitate the identification of a preferred proponent.

The strategy was successfully implemented and executed.
