Alister was appointed by TSA as their Commercial Transaction Advisor for these important land and property assets comprising more than 100 hectares in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This is a portfolio divestment project with a range of complicated site constraints, planning controls and existing TSA operations requiring extensive stakeholder input. The project is of significant community interest requiring a careful implementation with the ultimate transaction enabling TSA to implement a strategic relocation and redevelopment strategy for existing core social programs and services away from the subject properties.
